Willow (Salix Vitellina): Helps restore the qualities of self-responsibility and forgiveness. Those in need of this flower essence tend to feel resentful, bitter, or feel like a victim of circumstance. They are prone to blame others for their life situation. They may become easily bitter or resentful, bear grudges or feel that ‘life’s not fair,’ when things do not go their way. Willow helps to dissolve these difficult personality traits and promotes the recognition of the need for self–responsibility, forgiveness of self and others, and to restore optimism in their ability to create the life they want.

Buttercup (Ranunculus occidentalis): This flower essence can be help you find and see your inner light; be self-assured; be more accepting of who you are at the core; can humble an obtrusive persona; helps nourish the inner soul; holds you up, when your self-worth/esteem feels diminished.

Black-eyed Susan (Rudbeckia Hirta):  It is a powerful essence for unlocking areas of old trauma, or painful areas that we have walled off ourselves. Black-eyed Susan lends us the courage to go deep within and release those things, which have been trapped in our subconscious. This essence will bring light into the darkest areas, helping you to identify and shed hurts and burdens.

Hyssop (Hyssopus officinalis): Helps address guilt and shame-based issues and all their cousins: self-sabotage, self-blame, fear of being judged, perfectionism and unworthiness. Hyssop works within the structures of thinking to reverse the internal judgment and self-condemnation that we fall into. Some degree of judgment is necessary, but it’s not to be held on to and continually revived. This kind of self-punishment creates a barrier toward receiving the good in life. Hyssop is especially wonderful for those who grew up in a guilt-based religious system.

Dandelion (Taraxacum officinale): Help release tension from the mental body and bring calmness to an overly active mind. It will help you connect deep within yourself to pull on your own inner resources and encourage you to anchor firmly into the present moment. It helps bring balance to your emotions and relaxation to your mind.  It is particularly useful if you have an overly active mind, are emotionally highly strung, like to keep busy, or get physically tense when you’re under pressure. By releasing tension from the mental body, the entire energetic system benefits from feelings of greater calm, ease, and wellbeing.

Pine (Pinus sylvestris): Helps with excessive feeling of unworthiness, self-reproach, self-blame, guilt, and self-criticism. It is good for people who have an exaggerated sense of responsibility, and who tend to blame themselves for all the bad things that happen around them. It can also help boost the feeling of joy and happiness in one’s life. It is also helps boost the feeling of forgiveness, prevent psychological burn-out, and emotional paralysis. Pine can help us feel self-acceptance, increase own self-esteem, and recognize our own uniqueness and sacredness.

Star Spirit flower (Trientalis latifolia ): Helps remove the subconscious belief: “My mistakes are unforgivable.” Also helpful for procrastination, heaviness, and obstruction.

Ko Oko O Lau (Bidens spp.): Helps remove the profoundly negative (hidden) unconscious beliefs: “I am confronted with insurmountable obstacles,” and “I am convicted throughout eternity for my past errors.” Also promotes the nurturing of oneself.

Cat’s Claw (Uncaria Tomentosa): Helps protect one against the invasive/abusive energies of others. Also assists in knitting together the psyche after emotional abuse.
